Cancellation Policy

Digital products are delivered electronically. Because our products are instantly accessible upon purchase, cancellations are only possible before the product has been delivered or accessed.

One-Time Purchases

Our current products (including the 30-Day Money Reset System) are one-time purchases — not subscriptions. There is no recurring billing to cancel.

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been fulfilled, contact us immediately at hello@nextlevelfinstra.com. Once the product has been delivered or accessed, cancellation is no longer possible.

Future Subscription Products

If Next Level Finstra introduces subscription-based products in the future, the following will apply:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription time unless stated otherwise in the specific product terms.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation (where eligible), email hello@nextlevelfinstra.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Order or transaction ID
  • Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

We will confirm your cancellation request within 1–2 business days.
