Refund Policy

Digital products are delivered electronically. Due to the instant, non-returnable nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

Our Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, we will work with you to resolve it promptly.

When Refunds Are Granted

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • You did not receive your digital product due to a technical error on our end, and we are unable to re-deliver it.
  • The product is materially different from what was described on the sales page.

When Refunds Are Not Granted

  • You have already downloaded or accessed the product.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You claim results did not meet expectations (results vary based on individual effort and circumstances).
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@nextlevelfinstra.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
