Last updated: 15 October 2026. How NextLevelFinstra collects, uses and protects your personal data, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
We are NextLevelFinstra. We run nextlevelfinstra.com, the NLF Clarity Audit and, once it opens, the NLF Platform. We decide how and why your personal data is used, and we handle it under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
For any question about this policy or your data, write to hello@nextlevelfinstra.com.
2. What we collect
- When you browse this website: technical information such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, your approximate location and the site that referred you. This is collected through the Google tag (see section 5).
- When you take the NLF Clarity Audit: the figures you enter (such as income, expenses, savings, debts, assets and your goal) and your answers about money habits, which the audit uses to calculate your NLF Score. To unlock your full report, it also asks for your name, your email address, your confirmation that you are 18 or over, and your agreement to be emailed.
- When you email us: your email address and anything you choose to include.
- The NLF Platform is not open yet. It will have its own sign-in, and we will update this policy before it collects anything.
No bank access, at any point: we never ask for bank or card login details, card numbers, government ID numbers or documents.
3. How we use it
- To calculate your NLF Score and show you your NLF Clarity Report.
- To keep a record of your audit.
- To contact you about new NextLevelFinstra products and updates, to ask for your feedback, and to send occasional educational emails. You can unsubscribe from any email.
- To understand how this website is used and to measure our own advertising.
- To reply to your messages and handle your requests.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not use your figures to make any decision about you.
4. Who we share it with
- Hostinger, the provider we use to send email. Your name, email address, the figures from your audit and your NLF Score are stored with Hostinger.
- Google, which provides the Google tag we use on this website for analytics and advertising measurement. Google receives website usage information only. The NLF Clarity Audit does not load the Google tag, and your audit details are never sent to Google.
- Government or law-enforcement authorities, where the law requires it.
Service providers process data only on our instructions. Your audit details are never sold, and never shared with lenders, bureaus or advertisers.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website uses the Google tag, which may set cookies or similar technologies to count visits and measure how our advertising performs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalisation in your Google account settings.
The NLF Clarity Audit does not store what you type in your browser.
6. How long we keep it
- Your audit record (name, email address, figures and NLF Score): for no longer than 24 months after your most recent audit, and for less if you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you straight away. Within 30 days, we delete your audit figures and NLF Score, and keep only your email address on a do-not-email list so that you are not contacted again.
- If you ask us to delete your data, we do so within 30 days.
- Emails you send us: for as long as we need them to deal with your message.
- Website analytics: for the retention period set in our Google account.
7. Where it is stored
Our service providers may store and process data on servers outside India. Where they do, the transfer is made only as permitted under Indian law.
8. Security
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India where the law requires it.
9. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to delete it;
- withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it (this does not affect what was done before you withdrew it);
- nominate another person to exercise these rights for you in the event of your death or incapacity;
- raise a grievance with us about how your data is handled.
To use any of these rights, write to hello@nextlevelfinstra.com. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
10. Grievances
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, write to hello@nextlevelfinstra.com with "Grievance" in the subject line. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
11. Children
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. The audit asks you to confirm your age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Changes to this policy
When our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted here.
