1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use nextlevelfinstra.com, the NLF Clarity Audit and any other NextLevelFinstra service that links to them. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. What NLF is, and what it is not

We provide educational and informational tools and content. They take the figures you enter and show you what they add up to against the goal you set.

• We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• The NLF Score is an educational self-assessment. It is not a credit rating, and it is not used to make any decision about credit, insurance or anything else concerning you.
• We do not promote specific financial products, and we earn no commission from any.
• Any projection, such as the date a debt clears or the amount a goal needs each month, is a calculation from the information you entered. It assumes nothing changes and is not a promise of any outcome.

3. Who can use NLF

You must be 18 or over and able to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law. We design NLF for people in India, and it works in Indian rupees.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. NLF's output is only as reliable as what you enter.
• Make your own financial decisions, and consider consulting a qualified professional before significant ones.
• Do not misuse NLF: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, copy it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

5. The NLF Clarity Audit

The audit is free. Before showing your full NLF Clarity Report, it asks for your name and email address and for your agreement to be emailed about NextLevelFinstra products and updates, feedback requests and occasional educational content; you can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy. We may change, pause or withdraw the audit at any time.

6. The NLF Platform

The NLF Platform is in development and not yet available. When it opens, any additional terms for it, including any subscription price, will be shown to you before you sign up.

7. Paid products

We do not sell any products today. If we offer paid products or services in future, such as digital guides through an NLF store or a paid platform plan, the price, what is included, how it is delivered and the refund terms will be shown before you buy, and will form part of these terms for that purchase.

8. Intellectual property

The NLF name and logo, this website, the NLF Clarity Audit, the NLF Score and our content and design belong to us. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reproduce them without our written permission. The figures you enter remain yours.

9. Third-party links and services

Our website may link to other websites and uses some third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

10. Availability and changes to NLF

We work to keep NLF available and accurate, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may update, change or discontinue any part of it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from financial decisions you make, from your use of or inability to use NLF, or from information entered incorrectly. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

12. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal data, and forms part of these terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use NLF after a change means you accept the updated terms.
